Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the management of costs on refurbishment and maintenance projects Working with the NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR ) to price works Supporting the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts Liaising with operational teams, subcontractors, and clients Monitoring project costs and ensuring budgets are maintained Requirements: Previous experience or exposure to Disrepair, Voids, and Repairs within Social Housing Knowledge or understanding of NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR) ( Mandatory ) Strong numerical and analytical skills Good communication and organisational abilities Ambition to progress within a Quantity Surveying role Working Arrangement: Office-based role in Barnet What’s on...
