With a strong reputation built on client recommendations, quality workmanship and reliable project delivery, this role offers the chance to become part of a professional, collaborative and customer-focused team.ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR ROLE: Assisting with the preparation of estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities and tender submissions within required timescalesSupporting measurement and take-offs from drawings and specifications under supervisionAssisting with the preparation of variation documentationCollaborating with the commercial team to evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotationsAssisting with cost tracking, valuations and payment applicationsSupporting procurement and contract administration activities, including maintaining project files, commercial records and cost dataAssisting with the preparation of financial reports, cost forecasts and project progress updatesAttending site visits to monitor project progress, variations and record-keeping requirementsEnsuring compliance with company procedures, health and safety requirements, and industry ..... full job details .....
