This isn't a major-project QS position. We're looking for somebody who understands the commercial realities of responsive repairs, voids, planned maintenance and smaller-value works — and, crucially, has experience working with the NHF Schedule of Rates . You could already be working as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS, or perhaps in an estimating/commercial role within social housing. What's most important is your knowledge of the sector and your ability to price and commercially manage works accurately.
