Candidate must have strong communication skills with ability to inter face with clients / contractors and other professionals.Based in Westerham, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the Principal Quantity Surveyor on a broad range of residential and commercial projects. The role is office based, and weekly site visits will be required for most projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will assist on projects at both pre and post contract stage.The key role and responsibilities include: Assisting with collating tendersAttending and writing minutes for meetingsPrepare bills of quantities / cost plansAssisting with preparation of monthly cost reports and final accountsSupport the QS team with cost estimation and valuationsAssist in contract administration and procurementWork on live projects and build key industry skills Skills and Qualifications Completed a Quantity Surveying / RICS accredited degree.24+ months quantity surveying experience within a consultancy / cost management ..... full job details .....
