This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer, Quality Supervisor or Quality Assurance professional who is ready for greater responsibility and wants to make a genuine difference. The Role Working closely with the wider manufacturing and management teams, you''ll play an important role in developing quality systems, improving processes and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include: Leading quality investigations, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventative actions (CAPA). Driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes and quality systems. Reviewing existing procedures, identifying areas for improvement and introducing practical, sustainable solutions.
