Assistant Quality Manager

Assistant Quality ManagerWe are seeking an Assistant Quality Manager to support the Quality Manager in monitoring and improving the quality of works delivered across our highways contract.This is a field-based role involving site inspections, quality checks, reporting, and working closely with operational teams to ensure works are completed to the required standards.Key Responsibilities:Carry out inspections of completed and ongoing works.Visit sites to assess quality and compliance standards.Record findings, take photographs, and maintain accurate quality records.Produce reports and highlight any quality concerns.Support the follow-up of corrective actions and improvement initiatives.Work collaboratively with operational teams to drive quality performance.What We''re Looking For:Experience within highways, construction, infrastructure, or a similar environment.Previous inspection, quality assurance, or auditing experience is desirable.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word.Good communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.Full UK driving licence.Due to high volumes of CVs received, we are not able to respond to all unsuccessful applications.
