Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Fit OutLondon 30,000 - 50,000 + PackageAn established commercial interiors and fit-out contractor is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of high-quality CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated QS to develop their career within a fast-paced, design-led environment.You will work closely with a Senior QS / Commercial Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to live projects and full commercial lifecycle responsibilities.The RoleSupport the commercial management of multiple commercial office fit-out projectsAssist with procurement of subcontractor packages including drylining, ceilings, partitions, finishes and MEP interfacesPrepare and assist with interim valuations, variations, and final accountsCarry out take-offs and measurements from drawingsSupport cost reporting, forecasting and CVRsReview subcontractor applications and assist with payment processingMaintain accurate commercial records and documentationLiaise with site teams, subcontractors, and consultantsAttend site meetings and assist with commercial reportingAbout You1-4 years'' experience in a QS or Assistant QS roleBackground in commercial fit-out, interiors, refurbishment, or subcontracting preferredStrong understanding of measurement, procurement and cost controlConfident communicator with a proactive, organised approachDegree or studying towards a qualification in Quantity ..... full job details .....
