Junior Assistant Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities: Assist the commercial team with cost management and financial reporting across CSA packages. Support the preparation of valuations, variations, and interim payment applications. Assist with the procurement of subcontractors, including preparing enquiries and reviewing quotations. Help track project costs and budgets, ensuring accurate cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Support the management of subcontractor accounts, including reviewing progress and assisting with payments. Assist with measurement and take-offs from drawings and project documentation.
