Assistant Quantity Surveyor 30,000 - 40,000 + Package Central London gap constructions are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established contractor specialising in high-quality interior fit-out and refurbishment projects within the commercial sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to develop their career with one of the leading names in the interiors space. Performance Objectives:You''ll work closely with the commercial team to support the delivery of fit-out projects valued between 3m and 20m. This position offers excellent exposure to fast-paced, technically interesting schemes with the backing of a supportive and experienced team.Assist in preparing valuations, cost reports, and subcontractor packagesSupport with contract administration and change managementTrack and monitor project costs to ensure accurate forecastingCollaborate with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to support smooth commercial deliveryEnsure adherence to commercial processes throughout the project lifecyclePerson Specification:HND or degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related field1-3 years of experience in a commercial role (ideally within interiors or fit-out)Strong numerical, analytical, and IT skillsProactive communicator who enjoys working in a teamEnthusiastic and eager to progress within a dynamic environmentApply Please apply through our website or get in touch with James at gap construction.
