The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment. You will provide classroom support, work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, and help to promote confidence, independence, and a love of learning. You will play a key role in ensuring every child feels supported, valued, and encouraged to achieve their best, adapting your approach to meet individual learning needs and helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.
