As part of this growth, we''re recruiting two Assistant Property Managers to join our Trade Property team. With one role in the Northwest region around Liverpool and Manchester, and another covering the Midlands around Northamptonshire, you''ll help manage a large and diverse portfolio while gaining exposure to all aspects of commercial property management. Working closely with experienced Property Managers, you''ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day management of our trade depot estate, helping to ensure our property commitments are commercially optimised and aligned to the needs of the business. What will I be doing? Provide effective day-to-day estate management and support. Liaising with landlords, managing agents, tenants, solicitors, surveyors and third parties to minimise outgoings and ensure effective estate management.
