Working on a varied portfolio of commercial developments, you''ll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, from technical drawings and planning through to procurement, site coordination and final handover. You''ll work alongside experienced Project Managers, receiving support and guidance while gradually taking on more responsibility and developing the skills needed to manage projects independently. The Role Working closely with the project management team, your responsibilities will include: Assisting with project planning, programming and progress monitoring. Preparing and updating CAD drawings and technical documentation. Producing risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). Reviewing construction drawings, specifications and project requirements. Coordinating materials, procurement, deliveries and site resources. Liaising with main contractors, clients, suppliers and site teams. Supporting the coordination of subcontractors and installation activities. Monitoring project costs, variations and budgets. Maintaining accurate project records and preparing progress reports.
