Assistant Project Manager (Construction - Cut and Carve) -£55-60,000 - London We are supporting an established National Main Contractor with more than £800M of New Build under construction across London and a growing pipeline of a similar value.They have a need for an Assistant Project Manager to join them on an Iconic new Central London £200M cut and carve Hotel Development at PCSA stage. You will join the team in a key support role, engaging with the PCSA process and grow with the project and business.Key Responsibilities• Support the Project Manager by acting as a coordination link between the Design Department, Commercial Team, and Site Teams.• Assist in producing accurate, consistent, and professional project records, reports, and general project documentation.• Support the Project Manager in liaising with the client, government officials, consultants, and other third parties throughout the project lifecycle.• Assist with pre construction activities, including preparation of Construction Management Plans and supporting the process of obtaining pre commencement permits and agreements.• Assist with site surveys and reviews to identify potential risks, constraints, or design issues and feedback findings to the project team.• Assist in coordinating subcontractors and direct labour, supporting site management teams with day to day requirements.• Prepare and issue progress reports for internal management and client review.• Work closely with the Planning Manager to assist in ..... full job details .....
