Our client are experts in Quantity Surveying andamp; Project Management and guide successful projects through the entire process, from inception through to completion, on time and on budget.
Due to an increase in their current workload/business growth they are looking for an Assistant Project Manger to join their current team based in their offices between Yorkshire and Manchester.
You will initially be working in a support role to one of the Directors on a mixture of projects across residential, leisure, commercial and mixed use and then moving forwards you will take on/run some of your own small/medium sized projects.
In return they are offering a good salary and package along with flexible working. There are also long options to progress to Senior PM and above as the business goes from strength to strength.
Experience:
- Ideally Degree qualified in Project Management, or another construction related discipline.
- 1-2 years experience gained within Project Management, ideally within another Construction Consultancy/environment
- Client facing/self-starter
Due to the location of our client''s office this role would suit someone looking to be based in either Manchester or Leeds with projects on a national basis.
