Job Title: Assistant Project Manager (Retail Banking Projects) - Fit Out and RefurbishmentLocation: London (Hybrid Working) with projects across the SouthSalary: 38,000 to 48,000 + 5,000 Car Allowance + PackageRole Highlights:Working on large blue chip retail banking frameworksFantastic growth and progression opportunitiesOpportunity to work for a Tier 1 fit out contractor with an incredibly strong order book.Role Overview: We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to oversee asset, fit out and refurbishment projects ranging from 100k to 1 million across the North West. You will manage small-scale works with a focus on delivering projects successfully, on time, and within budget.Key Requirements:2 years + experience as an assistant Project / Contracts Manager working for a Fit-Out Contractor Previous experience managing multiple fast paced construction projectsResponsibilities:Reporting to the Senior Project ManagerWrite and update project programmesLiaise with internal and external stakeholders, arranging and chairing project and design meetings with management teams, clients, and the interior design team, on and off siteEnforce labour selection and delegationAssist with project procurement requirementsEnsure live project trackers and systems are kept up to dateEnsure site packs are completed and sites are set up in accordance with relevant health and safety requirementsManage projects on site through to completion, including management of external construction teams ..... full job details .....
