Assistant Project Manager

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager (Commercial Fit Out)

Location: Manchester

Salary: -30,000 - -35,000 per annum + Benefits

For this role you should possess the following:

• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or a related discipline (preferred)
• Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Eagerness to develop a career within the commercial fit out sector
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

Duties

• Assist Project Managers with the delivery of CAT A & CAT B commercial fit out projects
• Support the day-to-day running of multiple live projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Attend site meetings and assist with recording progress
• Help monitor project programmes, costs and quality standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal departments
• Assist with procurement and material scheduling
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with company procedures
• Support project handovers and completion documentation
• Gain exposure to projects from pre-construction through to final completion

• -30,000 - -35,000 salary
• 28 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown bringing up to 34 days.
