Our client is a well-established and market leading design and manufacturer of equipment for the Construction and Building Services industries, who are based in the Hertford area.In order to support the ongoing growth of the business they are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join their busy Contracts Management team. Assistant Project Manager Position OverviewTaking responsibility for project delivery within budget and deadlines from the point of order through to handoverManaging suppliers and subcontractors to ensure they meet the required standardsReviewing contractual and commercial requirements including health and safetyOverseeing the design process to ensure they meet the client''s specification within CDM regulationsAttending meetings with customers and suppliersMonitoring project spends and reporting potential issues to the contracts teamLiaising with stakeholders on project progressAssistant Project Manager Position Requirements2+ years of experience within a project related role in the mechanical, electrical, building services or construction industriesRelevant training with SMSTS, IOSH and CSCS Manager card is a dinstict advantage Strong communication and negotiation skillsBased in a commutable distance of HertfordIT literate, including Microsoft Office software.Assistant Project Manager Position Remuneration£30,000 - £45,000 depending on experienceCompany laptop and phone33 days holiday per annum (Inc.
