An Assistant Project Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to a Project Manager, helping to ensure projects run smoothly and effectively. They assist with tasks like scheduling, communication, documentation, and resource management. Hours: Monday to Friday, part time Key Responsibilities:• Administrative Support:This includes scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing project documentation, and handling other administrative tasks.• Communication:Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.• Project Coordination:Assisting with project planning, task management, and monitoring progress to ensure projects stay on track.• Resource Management:Supporting the allocation and management of project resources, including time, materials, and personnel.• Quality Assurance:Helping to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.• Risk Management:Identifying potential risks and assisting in developing mitigation strategies.• Stakeholder Management:Assisting with managing relationships and expectations of stakeholders.
