This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll support the day-to-day management of production operations across two manufacturing sites, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and in line with customer requirements.Working closely with the Production Manager, you''ll lead and develop small production teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and play an active role on the shop floor to help achieve operational excellence.Key Responsibilities Support the planning and coordination of daily production activities across two manufacturing sitesEnsure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, efficiency and safety standardsMonitor production performance and resolve operational issues to minimise downtimeAdapt production plans to meet changing customer demands and business prioritiesProvide hands-on support within production when requiredLead, motivate and develop small multi-skilled production teamsAllocate labour effectively to maximise productivity and operational efficiencyPromote a positive, collaborative and accountable working environmentEnsure compliance with Health and Safety policies, procedures and safe working practicesCarry out workplace inspections and support ..... full job details .....
