Assistant Production Co-OrdinatorLocation: Capenhurst, CheshireSalary: Competitive - details on requestHours: Days Our client is looking for an Assistant Production Co-Ordinator to support the day-to-day running of their manufacturing operation. Working closely with the Production Co-Ordinator, you will help ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements and efficiency targets are consistently achieved. The Role • Support the coordination of daily production activities and manufacturing schedules.• Supervise and support Production Team Leaders and Operators.• Monitor production output, efficiency, quality, OEE and downtime.• Complete production data input and maintain accurate reports and KPIs.• Coordinate manpower, materials and equipment to maximise productivity.• Investigate production issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.• Work closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Laboratory and Warehouse teams.• Support continuous improvement, waste reduction and efficiency initiatives.• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, quality and company procedures.• Act as Production Co-Ordinator during periods of absence. About You We are looking for someone with previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally with supervisory or team leadership experience.
