The Assistant Principal for Teaching and Learning will lead this agenda across the whole school, setting the vision, developing staff, monitoring quality, and building the systems and culture that enable every teacher to do their best work. This role drives teaching and learning across LSA ensuring planning, delivery and assessment meets the ambition of the institution. You will manage the development of teaching practice for all of our teachers here at LSA, monitor the quality of classroom delivery and planning, and oversee the programme of support for Early Career Teachers.
