Assistant Preconstrucution Manager

Following continued growth and an ambitious expansion strategy, they are looking for a commercially aware construction professional to support the successful delivery of projects through the preconstruction phase.The OpportunityWorking alongside experienced Commercial Managers, Designers and Project Delivery teams, you will play a key role in developing cost plans, coordinating information and managing the preconstruction process from initial enquiry through to project handover. This position offers an excellent route into senior preconstruction leadership and would suit candidates from Assistant Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Commercial, Estimating or Preconstruction backgrounds. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of commercial and preconstruction strategies for project bids and pitches. Assist in preparing cost plans, budgets and commercial proposals. Review client briefs, Employer''s Requirements, fit out guides and technical documentation.
