Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 10am-6pm inclusive of 30 mins unpaid lunchbreakFlexibility :
Some flexibility is required to accommodate additional or alternative hours to cover colleagues during annual/sickness leave.Key Responsibilities:Support the management of clinical and non-clinical staffOversee administrative systems, procedures, and patient servicesAssist with rotas, recruitment, training, and HR processesWrite and update practice policies and proceduresLiaise with patients, staff, and external healthcare professionalsContribute to compliance with CQC standards and practice policiesStrong administrative and IT skills, proficiency in use of EMIS, AgilioTeamNet, NHS ICT systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesA proactive, flexible, and supportive team playerAbout us

We have over 12300 registered patients and our premises have recently been fully refurbished.
