The role offers genuine scope to develop your technical planning knowledge while strengthening your commercial and client-facing skills.The Ideal CandidateIdeally, you''ll bring:Experience in planning, property or development, ideally within a consultancy or commercially focused environment.Experience working on retail and/or office-led projects.A solid understanding of the planning and development process.Strong commercial awareness and an interest in property, development and investment.Excellent communication, client management and stakeholder engagement skills.A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.A degree in Planning, Town Planning, Property, Real Estate or a related discipline.RTPI-accredited qualifications and/or progress towards MRTPI would be advantageous.What ..... full job details .....
