This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career planner to join a collaborative, highly respected team working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK.The RoleAs an Assistant Town Planner, you will support senior planners on a wide range of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. You will be involved in the planning process from early site appraisal through to determination, gaining hands-on experience and structured mentoring.Key responsibilities include:Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applicationsUndertaking site appraisals, planning research and policy analysisSupporting the preparation of Planning Statements, Design and Access Statements and appealsLiaising with local authorities, consultants and clientsMonitoring planning applications and contributing to project coordinationAbout YouTo be considered, you must have:At least 6 months'' experience in a town planning role (public or private sector)A degree in Town Planning or a related disciplineA strong understanding of the UK planning systemExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive attitude and desire to progress towards MRTPIWhat''s on OfferExposure to ..... full job details .....
