Assistant Pig (Boar) Farm Manager

We''re recruiting for a an Assistant Pig (Boar) Farm Manager in Lincolnshire, LN7. Our client is a leading organisation within the UK agricultural sector, combining traditional farming practices with modern, sustainable methods. About the role: As an Assistant Boar Stud Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Farm Manager across all areas of our brand new, state-of-the-art boar stud and laboratory facility. Working as part of the management team, you will assist in the day-to-day operation of the stud and laboratory, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare, biosecurity, health and safety, hygiene, quality assurance and audit compliance are maintained at all times. You will take an active role in the care and management of boars, the production and supply of high-quality genetic material, and supporting laboratory processes that contribute to efficient and sustainable pig farming. This is a hands-on position requiring collaboration across all aspects of the operation, helping to drive performance, continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the facility.
