This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer contact, is highly organised and thrives in a busy, deadline-driven environment.You will be responsible for answering pension-related queries from members, ensuring accurate and timely responses across multiple communication channels.Key responsibilities include:Responding to member queries via telephone, email, and written correspondenceDelivering clear, professional, and empathetic customer serviceManaging a busy and varied workload, prioritising tasks effectivelyMeeting internal and external deadlines consistentlyMaintaining accurate records using a CRM systemLiaising with colleagues to resolve queries efficientlySupporting general pensions administration as requiredAbout you:We are looking for someone who:Has previous customer service or administration experienceIs confident and comfortable speaking on the phoneHas excellent organisation and time management skillsCan manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracyIs reliable and deadline-focusedHas good IT skills, including experience using CRM systemsHas strong written communication skills for letters and emailsKnowledge or experience using spreadsheets, including Excel, would be beneficial. ..... full job details .....
