We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nursery Manager to join our supportive and forward-thinking nursery team.About the RoleAs Assistant Nursery Manager, you will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting the Manager in ensuring children receive the highest standards of care and education. You will help lead a team of enthusiastic practitioners, maintain high-quality provision, and promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the Nursery Manager with daily operations and overall leadershipEnsure safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS standards are consistently metLead, support, and mentor nursery staffBuild strong relationships with children, families, and external partnersAssist with planning, curriculum delivery, and maintaining excellent learning environmentsContribute to inspections, audits, and continuous improvementStep up as Duty Manager when requiredAbout You:We''re looking for someone who is:Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years or ChildcareExperienced working in a nursery setting, ideally with some supervisory experienceConfident in supporting staff, communicating with parents, and maintaining high standardsOrganised, proactive, and passionate about early years developmentKnowledgeable of EYFS, safeguarding processes, and ..... full job details .....
