As An Assistant NurseryManager?

Support the CentreDirector

in overseeing daily operations andmaintaining educational standardsDevelop anddeliver

an engaging, high-quality curriculumtailored to children’s needsEnsurecompliance

with regulatory requirements andmaintain health and safety standardsProvide leadershipand mentorship

to staff, ensuring a cohesiveand motivated team

Enhance customersatisfaction

by delivering exceptional serviceand promoting a positive nursery experience forfamiliesAssist with administrativetasks , including scheduling, payroll, andrecruitmentManage operationalrecords

Level 3 qualificationor above

Experience in an early yearssetting , with supervisory experience anadvantage—ideally as a
