The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hotel''s operations during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our guests.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and a passion for guest services. This role is crucial in managing bookings, coordinating with other departments, and enhancing the overall guest experience.Key Responsibilities:Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.Night Audit: Perform nightly audits of the hotel''s financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.Security: Monitor the hotel''s security systems and conduct regular checks to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.Staff Supervision: Supervise night shift staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel, ensuring they perform their duties effectively.Emergency Response: Handle any emergencies that arise during the night shift, coordinating with relevant authorities and ensuring guest safety.Reporting: Prepare and submit nightly reports to the General Manager, detailing any incidents, guest feedback, and operational issues.Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities during the night, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations.SkillsExperience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in night operations.Education:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus.Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
