Description
- Trading & Reporting: Own Monday trade reports, sales/stock analysis, and support seasonal review packs.
- Stock & Forecasting: Manage WSSI, line cards, intake trackers, and purchase orders; maintain healthy stock levels and forecasts. Follow intake process from PO raising to chasing production, booking freight to delivery into the business
- Collaboration: Work closely with Buying, Ecommerce, Warehouse, and Marketing to ensure smooth product flow and strong launches.
- Process Ownership: Handle critical paths, intake planning, new product estimation, and trading calendars.
- Ecommerce Merchandising: Support managing product listings across online marketplaces and company website.
Profile
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical and a numbers thinker
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be working with a range of colleagues and prospective employees at all levels
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage your own time
- Previous experience within a retail / brand head office
