Assistant Marketing Manager

We are working with a leading manufacturing and retail business that is continuing to grow its presence across digital, e-commerce and retail channels. They are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join their established team and support the delivery of a varied, multi-channel marketing strategy.

The Role

Reporting to the senior marketing team, you''ll play a hands-on role in delivering campaigns, managing digital activity and supporting the wider marketing function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

• Managing and developing a small marketing team.

• Overseeing PPC, SEO, paid social, display and wider digital activity.

• Leading social media activity, including content, influencers and community management.

• Supporting advertising campaigns and creative development.

• Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data and identifying opportunities to improve ROI.

• Managing website, e-commerce and product content.

• Supporting marketing activity across owned retail locations and retail partners.

• Coordinating events, exhibitions and experiential activity.

• Managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers.

• Monitoring competitor activity and market trends.

• Working closely with sales and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand and product communication.

About You

We''re looking for an experienced, commercially minded marketing professional with:

• Strong multi-channel marketing experience.

• Knowledge of PPC, SEO, social media and digital advertising.

• Experience managing agencies and external suppliers.

• Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.

• Experience in retail, consumer or FMCG environments would be advantageous.

• Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• A marketing degree, CIM qualification or equivalent experience would be desirable.
