Assistant Marketing Manager - Social Media & Influencer Marketing
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Location: Hayes, Middlesex
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm | 4 days office-based

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join a growing marketing team within a fast-paced, consumer-focused business.
This is a varied role covering social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, content, events and e-commerce, working closely with the Marketing Director and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Director with the delivery of the overall marketing strategy and campaigns.
• Manage and develop the company''s social media channels, including content planning, engagement and community management.
• Manage influencer and creator relationships, from identifying opportunities through to campaign delivery and performance analysis.
• Support digital marketing activity including PPC, SEO and display.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics and social media tools.
• Support website, e-commerce and product content, ensuring information is accurate and engaging.
• Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions and promotional activity.
• Work with external agencies, suppliers and retail partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
• Line manage and support members of the Marketing Executive team.
• Bring new ideas and identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Degree educated, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related subject.
• Proven marketing experience within a consumer-facing, retail or similar environment.
• Strong social media experience is essential.
• Previous influencer management experience is essential.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO and paid media.
• Strong communication, organisation and presentation skills.
• Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident managing agencies and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative, proactive and happy to get hands-on.

• £40,000 – £45,000 salary
• 4 days office-based in Hayes
