What we’re looking for

• Marketing Executive ready for a step up, or Senior Exec seeking more ownership.
• Strong digital marketing skills, particularly PPC and paid media.
• Familiarity with AI tools and social media fundamentals.
• Experience with SEO, GA, campaign reporting, and managing agencies.
• Degree / CIM qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.

What you’ll do

• Lead multi-channel campaigns with a strong digital focus, supporting the Marketing & DTC Director.
• Manage a Marketing Executive and guide agency partners across PPC, SEO, display, and paid media.
• Apply AI and social media fundamentals to improve content, engagement, and reporting.
• Optimise website content and track performance using Google Analytics.
• Support events, retail activity, and ensure consistent messaging with Sales & E-commerce.
