We''re recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a successful fashion retailer in Nottingham. Working 32 hours per week, you''ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager, leading the team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Role

You''ll support the day-to-day running of the store, helping to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service and lead the team by example.

You''ll be responsible for:

• Supporting and developing the team

• Driving sales and KPI performance

• Delivering an outstanding customer experience

• Maintaining excellent store standards

• Supporting stock and operational processes

• Leading the store in the Store Manager''s absence

What We''re Looking For

You''ll have experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Keyholder or Team Leader within a fast-paced retail environment.
