The Role

As Assistant Manager, you''ll support the Store Manager in driving sales, leading the team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You''ll play a key role in creating a commercially successful store, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards and developing a high-performing team.

You''ll be responsible for:

• Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance

• Leading, coaching and developing the team

• Delivering outstanding visual merchandising standards

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the store

• Analysing trading performance and identifying opportunities

• Maintaining excellent operational and customer service standards

About You

You''ll already be working as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, Floor Manager, Commercial Manager or similar within fashion retail or another fast-paced retail environment.

You''ll have:

• A strong commercial mindset with experience delivering sales and KPIs

• A passion for fashion, visual merchandising and customer experience

• Proven leadership and coaching skills

• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the shop floor
