Assistant Manager Responsibilities

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store and help create an exceptional customer experience.

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance

• Lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer service

• Motivate, coach and develop the retail team

• Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager''s absence

• Support with recruitment, onboarding and team development

• Drive company standards across sales, service and operations

• Support with stock management, visual merchandising and maintaining store standards

• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to maximise sales

• Help create a positive, energetic and engaging store environment

• Stay up to date with fashion trends and customer expectations

About You

We''re looking for a confident and commercially driven retail leader with previous experience in fashion, high street or fast-paced retail.

You''ll be someone who leads by example, enjoys working as part of a team and has a genuine passion for customer service, sales and developing people.

You may currently be an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor or experienced Senior Sales Assistant ready to take the next step in your retail management career.
