Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for store sales, profitability, and KPI delivery

• Lead, inspire, and develop a large in-store team including managers and supervisors

• Drive exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment

• Use sales data and fashion trends to identify opportunities and drive performance

• Recruit, develop, and retain top retail talent within the store

• Ensure operational excellence across all areas of store performance

About You

We are looking for a confident and inspiring retail leader with a strong background in high street fashion retail.

You will ideally have:

• Experience within fashion management

• A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results in a high-footfall environment

• Strong understanding of fashion trends, product, and visual merchandising

• Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills

• A hands-on, energetic, and motivating management style

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to react quickly to trade
