We''re recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a premium cycling retailer in Wilmslow, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience and developing a passionate team.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you''ll play a key role in the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store.

You''ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, footfall and KPIs.

• Leading, motivating and developing the team.

• Delivering an exceptional experience for every cycling customer.

• Coaching team members to improve performance.

• Supporting stock, merchandising and operational standards.

• Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager''s absence.

About You

We''re looking for a confident retail leader who is commercially aware, customer focused and genuinely passionate about cycling.

You''ll ideally have:

• Strong Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or senior Supervisor experience.

• A proven track record of delivering against sales and retail KPIs.

• Experience coaching and developing a team.

• A genuine passion for cycling, bikes or the wider cycling industry.

• Strong product knowledge and an understanding of the cycling customer.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• The ambition to progress your retail career.
