Assistant Store Manager - PetersfieldLocation: Petersfield Salary: 28,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, plus Saturday working between 9:00am-1:00pm as part of the rota Contract: Permanent, Full-TimeWe are recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager to join a growing customer-focused business in Petersfield.This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a retail, sales, customer service or hospitality background who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment and taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of a site.Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help drive sales, deliver excellent customer service and ensure the site remains safe, secure and well presented.The RoleSupport the Store Manager to maximise sales and convert new customer enquiriesFollow up leads quickly by phone, email and in personBuild strong relationships with new and existing customersPromote additional products and servicesDeliver consistently high levels of customer serviceSupport the day-to-day operational running of the siteMonitor payments and follow up outstanding accountsMaintain accurate customer records and administrationCarry out daily Health and Safety and security checksEnsure the site remains clean, safe and well presentedLiaise with contractors and service providers when requiredSupport with invoices and general administrationAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is:Customer focused with a strong sales ..... full job details .....
