Assistant Manager - Risk and Advisory Services

Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join their growing Risk and Advisory Services team. This role offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting internal audit, risk and advisory projects that strengthen governance, improve controls and drive better decision-making.Key Responsibilities• Lead and deliver internal audit and advisory assignments from planning to reporting• Manage a small portfolio of engagements, including budgeting and project oversight• Review audit testing and ensure high-quality work is completed on time• Identify and communicate key risks and actionable recommendations• Support consultancy projects and on-site work where required• Coach and develop junior team members• Contribute to business development and continuous improvement initiativesAbout You• Strong experience in internal audit, risk or assurance roles• Professionally qualified (CIA, CMIIA/MIIA, CCAB or equivalent)• Confident communicator with strong report-writing skills• Effective at managing multiple assignments and stakeholder relationships• Proactive, collaborative and keen to support team development• Willing to travel for client work (full driving licence preferred)What''s on Offer• A supportive, people-centred culture• Hybrid and agile working options• Clear development pathways, mentoring and continuous learning• Opportunities to work across varied industries and impactful projectsiMultiply is committed to diversity and will promote ..... full job details .....
