This varied, guest-facing position covers reception, guest services, food and beverage operations and event planning. It will suit someone who is hands-on, takes pride in excellent service and enjoys supporting guests and colleagues. Key responsibilities Welcome guests and support reception duties, including arrivals, departures, enquiries and reservations.
