Lead the Resident Services Associate (RSA) team to increase resident satisfaction and deliver high-quality services. Manage the RSA team rota, building strong relationships with external partners. Deputise for the Resident Services Manager as and when required. Collaborate with company-wide colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and encourage resident engagement. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in organisations providing property management is essential.
