Assistant Manager PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) As a PBS Assistant Manager you will be leading a team of PBS Assistants in the day to day running of a high quality support service for a person who communicates through their behaviour. About the Role As a PBS Assistant Manager you will be leading a team of PBS Assistants in the day to day running of a high quality support service for a person who communicates through their behaviour. You will ensure services are delivered in a way that puts people we support at the centre of the service they receive and promotes rights, choice, dignity and diversity. This support will be in line with best practice and meet appropriate regulatory, contractual and legal requirements. In the absence of the Manager you will take responsibility for the running of the service. You will help manage a team of PBS Assistants centred around a person with complex presentation, which may include, learning disabilities, mental health issues, autism and communication differences alongside ongoing physical health conditions. ..... full job details .....
