Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in running day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and motivating a high-performing team. You’ll be expected to lead shifts, oversee service, and help drive the success of the venue both operationally and financially.Key Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager in all aspects of bar operationsLead and motivate the front-of-house and bar teams during serviceMaintain excellent customer service standards and deal with guest issues promptly and professionallyAssist in recruitment, training, and performance management of team membersEnsure stock control and ordering are managed efficientlyMaintain cleanliness, health and safety, and licensing compliance at all timesHelp implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive footfall and salesOpen and close the venue securely and according to company proceduresMaintain a positive and energetic atmosphere that reflects the brandRequirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a bar or hospitality venue (cocktail experience is a strong plus)Strong leadership and people management skillsConfident in handling busy shifts and high-volume serviceA good understanding of stock management and cost controlPassion for hospitality, drinks, and customer serviceAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredPersonal Licence (desirable but not essential)What We Offer:
