Assistant Manager

Project Details: Traditional build housing development overseeing final snagging across 9 plots. The role will support the Site Manager in coordinating finishing trades and ensuring homes are completed to handover quality. Responsibilities: Assist the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations. Oversee snagging and finishing works across 9 traditional build plots. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure all defects are completed to a high standard. Conduct quality checks, record progress, and maintain programme targets. Enforce health and safety compliance and uphold site presentation standards. Report progress to the Site Manager and flag any potential risks or delays. Requirements: Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Finishing Foreman, or Snagging Supervisor on traditional build housing projects. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. Full UK driving licence and own transport essential. Excellent communication skills and proactive work ethic.
