Our client are a recognised fast-food brand and seek to recruit a resilient and driven Assistant Manager to join the team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a background in managing challenging customer interactions-perhaps from hospitality, nightlife, or retail-we want to hear from you!

Starting salary of -32,000 with KPI related bonus of up to -6,000

The Role:
As an Assistant Manager, you''ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. From motivating a team of enthusiastic workers to delivering top-notch service to their loyal customers, you''ll ensure the business runs smoothly and successfully.

• Lead and inspire a diverse team, gaining their respect and buy-in.
• Manage shifts and operational tasks to maintain excellent service standards.
• Handle customer interactions with warmth and professionalism.
• Drive staff training and development, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
• Assist in business growth by maintaining high standards of efficiency, service, and profitability.

The Person:

• Experience in customer-facing roles where you''ve dealt with challenging clientele (e.g., bars, pubs, nightclubs, or fast-paced retail)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Resilience under pressure and a solutions-focused mindset
• Ambition to grow-with structured training and performance-based bonuses, your earnings could rise significantly within this organisation.
• You must be a car driver due to the location of the site.
• You must be flexible to work across 7 days and work shifts (between 8am-7pm)
