You’ll work side-by-side with an experienced General Manager and be instrumental in building an iconic destination for connoisseurs and collectors alike.Responsibilities

Support the GM in leading, coaching, and growing a high-performance retail teamDeliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to a discerning clienteleHelp execute a dynamic marketing calendar, including tastings and exclusive eventsCollaborate on stock management, supplier relationships, and operational excellenceDrive commercial opportunities and contribute to the store’s ongoing successExperience and qualifications

WSET Level 3

(Wine or Spirits) or equivalent industry qualification (must have)At least

3 years of experience

in premium retail or luxury hospitality (managerial)A deep passion for fine wines, spirits, and delivering a top-tier guest experienceStrong leadership, communication, and sales skillsPrevious experience in luxury hotel bars or as a sommelier is highly desirableWhat’s In It for You?
