Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to manage work streams on client engagements and to take a proactive business development role by building relationships with clients. The role requires knowledge and skills in Behavioural Change Management, Organisation Development and ideally in another area.Responsibilities

Behavioural change management: Ensuring organisations realise the benefits of large scale change projects by embedding new behaviours and minimising underperformance during the changeOrganisation development and learning: Target operating model development, organisation design, role clarity, performance management, organisational culture, employee development and reward/recognitionHR transformation: Creating cost effective, integrated HR functions that contribute to the delivery of business strategyTalent Management: Helping clients identify, retain and develop talent, designing reward strategies/incentive schemes and performance management frameworks/processesWorkforce Transformation: Helping organisations get the most from their workforce, including strategic and operational workforce planning, terms and conditions of employment, TUPE, plus reward and incentive managementManaging a small team of consultants and/or facilitating client teamsProviding specialist advice and working closely with client leads and team members to successfully deliver project outcomesContributing to People Consulting business development, including working with key account teams to scope opportunities and developing compelling proposals to win new clientsContributing to the development of People Consulting Behavioural Change Management and Organisation Design methodology, tools, thought leadership and our wider People Consulting practiceTaking a significant role in the growth of the team and wider practice, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of other team membersKPMG is proud to be an inclusive, equal opportunity employer and we seek to attract and retain the best people from the widest possible talent pool. Working within organisations covered by our IGH market areas outlined aboveResponsibility for standalone deliverables that add significantly to the overall success of a project or work streamCommercial awareness and an ability to identify new business opportunitiesActing as a subject matter expert in advising clients to maximise benefits while reducing risksManaging competing agendas/priorities and establishing achievable programmes or projectsCoaching team members to ensure excellent client delivery, whilst also enabling their career developmentUsing your expertise, knowledge and experience to further develop and promote the core People Consulting propositionsThe qualifications and skills for these roles are not prescriptive, but you would need to demonstrate a significant number of the following: Behavioural change management and Organisation Development skills and experience; Stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral; Demonstrating comfort with numbers, processes and policies; Qualifications and/or accreditation in one or more psychometric assessments tools; Ability to thrive in a fast paced working environmentWe’d be keen to hear from you if you have a number of years of relevant consulting experience or industry experience of Behavioural Change ManagementIntelligent WorkingWe are a global professional services firm with offices across the UK, delivering Audit, Tax and Pensions, Consulting, Deal Advisory and Technology services.
