Assistant Manager:
As
Assistant Manager , youll support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations. This includes overseeing the front-of-house team, maintaining high service standards, managing shifts, and ensuring the smooth running of the bar, restaurant, and guest services.Youll be a key point of contact for staff and guests, bringing energy, professionalism, and leadership to every shift.The Ideal Assistant Manager Will Have:
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy pub, restaurant, or hotel
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
The ability to lead a team confidently, especially during busy service periods
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive, can-do attitude and a calm presence under pressure
